Before you buy, though, you should know the limitations (they're very open and transparent about them too): 1) No refunds. Store credit only. 2) No exchanges on watches that have been sized (this is common to many merchants). 3) No manufacturer's warranty on watches for which they are not an authorized dealer. I received a confirmation of the order immediately, and a notice of shipment 13 minutes later at 5:53PM, and a tracking number 1 minute later at 5:54PM.
