I was notified "product not in stock" after the order was accepted and card debited. Then I asked that the order be canceled. Five weeks later my cc statement shows no credit. (MasterCard allows 30 days for merchant credit to appear.) There is no answer at any phone number listed for the company. There has been no response to email asking for revocation of the charge. I am now asking my cc company to revoke the charge. Company appears to be a fraud.	Avaliação

I ordered in March and it is now July. I never received the product and never received a refund even after many emails and phone calls. By they way, they will NEVER pick up the phone and NEVER reply to any voicemail you leave. The parent company is AMK Squared Enterprises near Tampa Florida and the owner/CEO is Alexander Kunis. Their listed phone numbers don't work. Their fax number doesn't work. It's either a fraud or a very very poorly run company. You might receive your order from them, or you might not. Either way, your credit card will definitely be charged!	Avaliação

I accepted this and they charged my card. I called in two weeks and still had not shipped, waited another two weeks and then another two weeks. Finally I called the manufacturer to see if the bones were actually NOT available and they told me that these bones were being shipped to suppliers every day and that they themselves were not backordered. So no reason for them not to have the bones to send to me. I then decided to cancel my order on April 4. On April 8th I did not have a credit in my account and contacted their customer service by e-mail. they responded that I would receive the credit in 4 to 8 business days. I then called them and left a voice mail. They called me back and said they had some problem with the credit card machine/program, which I felt like was a lie, but ok. Then today May 1st, I checked my account and no credit. I called them and they hung up on me.	Avaliação

A great tasting meal replacement like Muscle Milk at $17.75, speedily delivered directly to my door simply can't be beat. I recommend A1 to anyone looking for the highest quality in both products and service. I'm definitely a customer for life.	Avaliação
