The 120mm fan was the only tracker I had gotten, the case was shipped from an affiliate and only notice I had received of the situation was at the bottom of the invoice attached to the fan ups box. But a quick call to Directron and I had the tracker, so all good. Over all fair service, I would use them again.	Avaliação

Directron.com economically provided the power supply (MFX9300), an adapter cable for motherboard power connector (HP-24MINI ATX), and shipping, for under $100. The power supply is NOT a PERFECT FIT. I was able to match three of four mounting screws, which is perfectly acceptable. Power supply fan noise is higher as well. The physical size of the supply is smaller, allowing room for extra cable length. I ordered online after-hours Tuesday, and parts arrived the following Monday evening, via UPS Ground, from Houston, TX to southern Ohio. This seemed longer than usual compared to other purchases with other venders. Mission accomplished without major modifications! Thank you, Directron.com!	Avaliação

There is not enough clear information on products and research is required to find out exactly what you are trying to buy. It is necessary to go to the manufacturers website - this is a hassle. They also need a writer for the product descriptions that speaks English. This makes me doubtful of the information and is another frustration. For these reasons I have gone to ________ for many items when I wasn't certain what Directron was offering because of the poor pictures and bad writing. This is extremely frustrating to have to order from two sites and pay the extra shipping. Directron needs to clean up and improve its website or it will continue to loose sales due to customers becoming frustrated trying figure out what the hell they are trying to buy. The site search feature is a joke. Directron is a great store, has great prices, and I always feel safe buying from them - but a crummy website.	Avaliação

All products were packed perfectly and neatly and work as such! I apologize to Directron for not filling this in earlier, but I had problems with getting back onto the internet due to Windows 7 drivers. This time around, the order was filled and shipped the same day and the communication was excellent and complete subject to my comments in (6) above. But have resolved difficultys; shipping out of the lower 48 states to territories is very difficult to do by their computerised system and by phone. Lack of employee knowlage in U.S. zip codes for Pacific Ocean territories in particular; shipping within the united state supper.	Avaliação
