These guys are great. Really good prices and fast shipping. I had my order in three days via ups ground. Also they have a section just for silver or black drives, so that you can match an aluminum or black case. |

I odered and received confirmation, tracking numbers, info that everything shipped in one package. Everything you could hope for. And I received EVERYTHING I ORDERED! AND it was packed well to protect everything so that I wouldn't have to return anything if it was damaged in shipping! This company wants return customers and will treat you well to get them. You want to shop with someone you can trust. |

Purchased a complete system,Delivered on time running very smoothly. Excellant customer service as I had to add to the order not a problem. Diretron's prices are within a few dollars of being the lowest, that said the service supercedes price providing MAX value. Avoid DOA's Let them test it first. |

I got EVERYTHING correctly sent by them... well packaged too. Super Lanboy is one of the best mini-towers I have ever used. It comes with vibration dampeners for almost everything. The back fan, PSU, and hard drives all have this vibration dampener technology that completely rocks. Directron was really easy to deal with, and there prices are unbeatable. Shipping was $15, and the weight of the packages was about 23 pounds total. Great price, and it took a small amount of time to get here. |

Fast service, great tech support cant complain. Ordered the Themaltake big water kit after asking customer service about compatability with koolance MB chipset cooler and they were right on the money with it being able to fit. Will shop from again. |

Ordered TEXAS Case badge and a set of Dual UV Case lights, Though one of the lights is pretty much broken and would cost me the same amount of money just to order another set !! :( (Glad I ordered the DUAL !!!!) I am overall pleased with them, Excellent communications, Excellent Packaging and ontime delivery make this a store I'd trust and look to in the future for purchases.. |

I ordered the Super-Flower TT-550SS 550W PSU & when I got to the last step it wanted me to print out a form to verify my credit card info & my printer was out of ink. I called customer service & he was able to verify my info over the phone. He even checked to make sure the PSU was in stock & even told me that it should ship the same day. Item arrived as promised. Packaging was excellent. Lots of bubble wrap on the PSU & lots of popcorn. |

Perfection. I ordered a unit on monday at 6:00 AM and it was waiting for me Tuesday morning when I finally drug my arse into work (about 9:00 AM) Another merchant would not even ship it to my work. After a week of trying I cancelled the order. I found the same unit at directron for less, and the shipping was no less than Perfect. |
