I am a first time customer with directron. After doing checks with different websites, I chosed directron. I am happy with their product, pricing, and service. I decided to order 2nd time; AMD 64x2 from them as they had a good price and free USPS shipping. I accidently clicked 2nd day air delivery. Customers service contacted me to let me know that I will get free delivery in 4 days, and avoided unnecessary cost. I changed it back to free delivery. Directron earned my trust and business. These guys are a small yet widely known company that sells hardware for a good deal less than its competitors and always ships fast on time. I first compared Directron's price with Newegg, Pricewatch, Froogle and Pricegrabber. Of all the merchants Directron was the cheapest by about $10. These guys rock! |

Directron has always been great for my orders, being in central ameica they are one of few places that will ship to me and accept my credit card, they go out of their way to order parts they dont even show on their website! |

They had some Hitachi hard drives in stock in their own actual warehouse that I could not find *anywhere* and desparately needed. I called to double-confirm that they really had them and they went to the warehouse to check (on a Saturday)! I'm hoping they make it next day as promised (after the MLK-Day holiday). |

These are the good guys. Along with Newegg, they rank at the top for backing up what you purchase, unlike several other merchants I've had less than stellar results from. |

Ordering was quick and easy. Plenty of payment options, although I do wish that PayPal Credit had been one of them. We'll see how long it takes to get from Texas to Missouri... Two days in transit is what I expected and two days in transit is what I got. Can't ask for more than that! |

I had an excellent experience. Site was easy to navigate and I understood every single step. I recommend it highly. (PC case I ordered was "upgraded" with no explanation. I guess I won't complain. However, it doesn't have a firewire port in the front, as described.) |

The site was easy to browse and find the items that you needed and were looking for. A great site for case mods and lights for modifying your computer case. My son was crazy about all they had and still wants more. No problems filling out forms, easy to understand and simple. Shipping Charges were reasonable and it arrived actually quicker than expected. Happy with all the merchandise recieved and was in good working order. Will definitedly shop from them again for case mods and etc.Great! |

Directron is always the first place I look as they seem to always have the best prices. All my previous transactions with them were great. Product arrived quickly in good condition and was exactly what I ordered. I can't rate their RMA service because I've never needed it. |

I ordered a Fujitsu MHT2040A 40 GB drive to replace my original, which died after four years. It arrived three days later, by cheapest ($4.60) shipping, installed in minutes, worked perfectly. No hassles, well packed, exactly what I ordered. A pleasure of a transaction, very good price, no "join our site to order" foolishness. Why can't all merchants be like this? |
