I have always used Directron when shopping (online) for PC related components. The quality of service and the vast selection has always been the best. Not to mention the fact that they're located (Houston, TX) within two hours of me (Southwest Louisiana). I highly recommend Directron! |

Consistently a very good on-line merchant. I have not yet been to their brick and mortar locations, but plan to in the future. 2 days. I just wish UPS knew how to read special delivery instructions. They left my package at the wrong spot and I was home waiting for them. Directron is a consistently good retailer-E-tailer. |

Your overall site is great I had a problem with one of the products its basically a computer case that is total garbage should even be sold broke just trying to open the case and it required 8 screws and 2 of 8 screws broke trying to open the case and normally cases now days don't use screws and this case used mini-screws the worst possible combo. I wish I could just box it up and ship it back even $5.00 would be better than this case. UV Green, Logisys CS-CS888UVGN |

Excellent Company to work with. You can call if you need info on products before you place an order. Tech support is hard to get through to sometimes. Shopping cart sometimes loses items. |

This site had the most information on cpu's and motherboards of any site that I have visited. Most people can't keep up with all the changes on the latest and greatest components; it is nice to see the specs stated so thoroughly. |

Super Experience on the website, great info on the item's page, better description and product details than I have seen ANYWHERE else. The prices are hard to beat and the selection was fantastic. I had to put in my name/address information before i got details about shipping costs and taxes, but that wasnt so bad. One thing that would make the site better would be an estimated delivery date based on zip code, but its not really an inconvenience that they do not have it, overall great experience. |
