Return items which are defective should have some way to reduce cost of return shipping.I think this is more of a ploy to not fulfill returns and to make the purchaser keep defective materials. Since the cost is only $20.00 and return shipping is $13.00 the hassel to return is not worth the hassel. |

What they could have helped me out with in expedited shipping (~$20) they lost in one customer, one bad review, and probably thousands of dollars in future purchases. I would have not shopped there since there were far better deals elsewhere had I known it was only "theoretically in-stock." |

Have not purchased here for some time, mainly because I quit using anyone that used UPS because of some severe problems with them. They do offer FedEx but the rates are ridiculous. Tried again after being forced to use UPS a couple of times and found service was much better after I vehemently voiced complaints with shipper and UPS home office (and BBB, FTC). Never had a problem with Directron and glad to use them again. I was a customer when the first started. Just wish shippers would get some backbone and offer a choice of FedEx and UPS on a competitive basis, and even the USPS which in some cases is the best option. |

I think Directron understands that it costs dollars to get a new customer and just pennies to loose them. I wish the online market understood this as well as they do. Every transaction has been perfect. |

Good store for PC parts. One of the three I always check when I need something. One item I ordered was on backorder but they responded immediately by email and asked if I wanted to wait or cancel. I decided to wait. |

Ordered a video card and asked the seller to ship without requiring the signature, because UPS is 30 min out of my way for pickups. They followed the instructions and I received the product by my door about a week after shipment. Everything worked without the hassle and the video card works like a charm. There is not much else to say but thanks! That's all folks :) |

I have been looking for a small keyboard for my PC using Windows 7, that looks and feels like the one on my Apple laptop, and finely found the perfect one in Gear Head at www.Directron.com. It is about 2/3's the size of a regular PC keyboard and works just the way I want using Windows 7. If your like me and use to your laptop, then you should look into the Gear Head small keyboard. It is wireless and comes with a mouse, and works great. Paul |

I got my NZXT Computer case one of the 200mm fans was broken laying at the bottom of the case. they didn't even package it just shipped it in the nzxt box the case comes in at the store so it was all banged up. This purchase from you guys sucked. Amazon is much better. |

I just rec'd this ST3120025ACE Hard Drive from them at my door 09/09/11... and it failed SeaTools for DOS quick test immediately! It was clicking and chattering like a woodpecker (sign of a mechanically worn-out and highly defective drive) thru every read/write attempt, then over heated at the long test that (if it makes it thru) can sometimes skip bad sectors and band-aid repair in some cases. Pathetic! Since this looks like that CS Jerk probably pulled this defective drive just for me after our friendly conversation, to get even with me from 2 years prior!!! What a low life staff they have working there... i cannot wait to talk with them again! It's pretty clear they did this deliberately... and to be honest, i almost saw it coming from the likes of who i was talking with and hearing his insane policy rationale. (This is only going to get better when i call, and they want to play hardball with me, every review site on the web, the BBB, and letters to their President & CEO.) |

If you dont have a Quality checker you will continue to send defective merchandise.I have also used over1000 minutes on my cell thanks to directrons awesome customer service.It was the worst buying experience I have ever had.I also took it to the Geek Squad and they said I didnt hurt the computer in anyway.Happy bday to me ty directron. |
