Tires-easy.com was the only tire distributor that I found on the net and locally that carried tires for my 1996 Geo Metro. The service was fast and outstanding, great selection and price! |

The order process was easy. I got my order faster than I expected, and it was exactly as stated on the website and order confirmation email. The tires are better quality than expected and the price was unbeatable. My local installer couldn't even buy any tires at his cost for what I paid, and then he would have to add shipping, mark it up, and add tax to the his cost. I will definitely order from them again. |

The only issue that I had when ordering the tires was the language barrier that the representative had when I called to enquire about the tires that I wanted. The tires were of great quality and very reasonably priced. I wil be ordering from this company again and I have already told my friends and family about the great prices that are offered for the tires. Several of them have already ordered. |

After receiving this order, I ordered a second tire. Even though I completed the order online, Tire Easy refused to send the tire, as the new stock of the same exact tire was relisted at a higher price. Manager did not return my call. Dishonest service and support. |

I bought 4 tires (195/65 R15 95T BSW RF) from Continental and I’m absolutely fascinated by this company! The tires arrived three days after my order; tires-easy.com offers a really good price and the service was great! All in all I can recommend tires-easy.com to everyone- they do a great job! DO NOT buy from this company.I ordered a set of 4 225/45 R17 cooper tires from them.They changed the tire size then sent them out claiming that the tires would arrive on 3-3-11 but they actually arrived the day that I noticed the discrepancy and started e-mailing them and calling them about it.I called UPS to refuse the order.Very tricky and inflexible when you catch them.Read each e-mail carefully! They now claim I owe them shipping charges both ways! Their offshore customer service team is rude.Subtleties in the English language go right over their heads. Frustrating.This company is owned by the Germans and has a NA afilliate called delticorp NA.They also have a similar arrangement for their UK operation.I have read many complaints online about both the UK and the North American operations.
I ultimately contacted my credit card company,disputed the charge and blocked any further charges from thi Retailer Response (30-03-2011): Dear customer, we apologize that you are not satisfied with our service and for the inconveniences caused. Our records show that you have purchased 4 Cooper Zeon 2XS 205/45 ZR16. An order confirmation e-mail was sent to you when the order was made. Unfortunately the wrong product was ordered in this case, and according to our terms and conditions we had to charge you for shipping and return shipping costs since the order was refused. Our delivery time frame is 3 to 7 business days. We have send you an invoice with a tracking number to see the exact delivery date. We are an American company, and our headquarters are in Portland, Oregon. I was very happy with the online purchase at tires-easy. I ordered a set of ATR Sport 215/45 R17 91W BSW from Achilles and only 4 days after i purchased the tires they arrived at the installer, which i found by using the "search for installer" link on tires-easy. To my surprise the installer called me when the tires arrived, so i didn't need to take care by myself to check whether the tires arrived or not. Anyway this would've been easy by using the tracking link given in the confirmation mail that was send to me after my payment arrived at tires-easy. I can only recommend tires-easy to everyone else! Unbeatable prices and a fast delivery. |

My buddy recommended me to buy my new tires at tires-easy.com. While reviewing the offers I found that this shop is unbeatable in price. Hard to believe, but a tire of Yellow Sea YS618 225/45 ZR17 94W only costs $ 66.20. This is a very good price. In addition, the delivery of my tires was already after three days. |

I'm not a big online shopper, so I was a little uncomfortable purchasing tires online. But after feeling overwhelmed by local dealer tire pricing, a friend recommended that I check out tires-easy.com. Initially, I was almost shocked at how low their prices were. I ordered a set of four all-season tires for my Volvo V50. Tires arrived on time, no problems. I would definitely recommend Tires-easy.com to a friend. |

The whole process was stress-free and without problems. The purchase order was easy to do and self-explanatory, as appropriate. The selection process itself was very much simplified by the search options, as opposed to physical tire shopping. The choice is wide, and the prices are unbeatable...I haven't seen such a wide variety at such low prices anywhere else. I definitely recommend doing business with tires easy. As I said, I got done with my annual post-winter tire shopping more easily than ever before :) |

I was doing some tire research online,when I ran into tires-easy. I was impressed by the wide variety and by the amazing prices. It took me a while to orient myself and figure out which tires are suitable for my car but once I got that figured, the purchase order was a breeze. I got my tires on time, and had no problem with any stage of the purchase process.. I am VERY satisfied with the product. It promised a "luxurious and sporty" ride. I can definitely feel the difference from my old tires. Eagle LS2 are quieter and smoother, and I feel safer. |

One really cool thing about them is that you can search a tire (regular, or premium for great prices) by many categories, which makes the choice easier. When shopping online for stuff like tires, I often found myself lost not knowing which product is suitable for me/my car. But tires easy eliminates this problem. I ordered a set of tires, got them within 3 or 4 days as promised, and the overall experience was fast & convenient. |
