lutefisk69 - (August 14, 2007) I purchased a gas grill from target for my sister (for her wedding) and the main issues I had with it was that it took forever to build and was extremely heavy. Then once I started cooking on it I had to constantly move food from one spot to another otherwise it would not cook evenly. From this experience I looked into grills for myself and found this Weber to have some positive reviews on other sites. It took me 30 minutes to build (would have taken less if I had done it in the day and had more light) and once I fired it up I noticed that the food cooked evenly no matter where on the grill it was. Product quality is high on the Weber and it seems like you get what you pay for, and with

johns6 - (April 16, 2007) Would not buy again. For $500 there are some better deals out there. Bought it to last, but don't think it will. Went back to some big box stores with a magnet and found some of the cheaper grills coming out of China have some better grade stainless burners.

bill534 - (May 17, 2004) I am 69 years of age and over the years I have used many many diffrent trimmers. Today I purchesed your GrassHog 14" trimmer and beyond a dought it is the finast one I have ever used. Keep up the good work. I do have one issue and that is I want to regester this item on line at your www.prodregister.com/blackanddecker but it does not find the page. Can you help me on this.

cjessu - (06-02-2010) When I assembled it the bolt holding the chute together would not thread. I had to use one of my own bolts. The chute will clog and not throw snow if it's heavy snow. One little tip is to spray WD-40 inside the chute and it throws like crazy. Strong little unit.

DianneHH - (03-01-2010) Purchased this BBQ in August of 2008 at Home Depot, in late September of 2009, started up the BBQ, with three foil wrapped potatoes on it, left it for 10 minutes to heat up, came back to see the whole BBQ engulfed in flames. The bottom portion of the firebox melted, causing the gas tubing to drop down into the storage cart, completely destroying it! It's a nice looking BBQ but that's about all it has going for it. The grade of stainless steel is very low and the firebox casting is very thin, which is why ours melted. Onward Manufacturing Company Ltd. is the distributor of Weber products in Canada and has done nothing to rectify this issue. After I told them that they need to send someone out to look at this BBQ, they finally sent out 'BBQ' Naz Cavallaro, to our home, who they claim to be a Grilling Expert/Spokesperson for Weber-Stephen Products Co. He's a cook, not an engineer. After looking at the BBQ, Naz said "I will be recommending that the BBQ be replaced", and also said that he would send us some steaks. Since Naz's visit I was told by Karen Cross (Manager of Customer Services) at Onward, that they don't replace BBQ's, just parts. Karen also said that Onward would like to get the burned out unit so their engineers could look at it. I told Karen they could take the burned out unit if it's replaced with a new one, but she refused to do this. Karen also said that since our BBQ is out of warranty they are not going to do anything but offered to work out a deal with a local retailer to sell us another BBQ at a reduced price. We haven't received the steaks BBQ Naz offered to send us either! So, in the mean time I've contacted the CSA (Canadian Standards Association), who have started an investigation.

bobshardy - (30-12-2009) I've had no problems with the performance and cutting of my Toro LX500 tractor. Changed the oil twice since I've had it including the oil/air filter. Just completed my 3rd season with no problems period...
