pughimag - (March 10, 2006) I have owned this piano for over a year and I like the touch and the sound so it has been good for practice. I recently used it for Ivory pianos and I found the noisy keys to be distracting. Also, when I was on a gig I would have to use the headphone jacks to connect to a PA system. I gave the P-70 to my grand daughter to help her with her lessons and went to the P-155 which unfortunately is heavier but does not have the noisy keys and the other features I feel are important. I would still recommend this piano (or the P95) because Yamaha have done a great job with the feel and the sound for a reasonable price.

CShamwell - (March 24, 2004) I have been auditioning a ton of speaker systems over the last 6 months. Martin Logans, Polks, Athena, B&W. It's been fun and very informative. I live in a medium to small size condo so I didn't want anything that would overwhelm my space in my living room. I had been leaning toward a pair of $600 a piece Polks. I figured twelve hundred a pair wasn't going to get me in too much trouble with my wife. And then I was struck by lady luck herself. It was as if the speaker gods themselves blessed my ears with the new NS-555's. I hope that anyone who is looking to buy a pair of speakers anywhere in the $2000 price range, gives this speaker system a listen. Firstly, these speakers are built with a q

Bargugl - (February 07, 2006) If you are looking for an inexpensive practice piano or a very lightweight portable stage piano, this is an excellent buy. You simply can not buy a fully weighted 88-key keyboard for less than this. You will not find a better action or sound for less than $1000. This piano is the replacement for the Casio PX-100 and its main improvements are an improved action and an improved piano sound. The action is heavier than the old PX-100. It is also a heavier action than the Korg Triton or an old Roland I play at church. In my opinion, the action was more realistic than either the Roland or the old PX-100. Compared to the Korg, it is a toss-up as it is a matter of personal taste on what type of f

goldtopia - (05-05-2012) The main attraction for me is its light weight and being able to practice using ear phones. Being electronic the accordion sounds are not like a natural reed accordion. This and the stiff bellows are what spoils it. The natural sounding orchestral choices are much better than the accordion sounds. The batteries don't last very long. A spare set of rechargeable batteries could be left on charge whilst using other batteries in the accordion are used, though is easier and less hassle to plug into the mains to save the batteries. I prefer to play a natural accordion and just use this one for silent practice.

A very good all around guitar.
ricardblanc - (06-04-2012) Although I have several high quality guitars, I was looking for a good mid range instrument that I could gig with. Over the years I realized that I almost always had issues properly amplifying acoustic guitars in band settings. The P90 solves this problem. Also, I worry taking my expensive guitars on low paying gigs for fear of damage or theft. The Loar LH-309-VS Archtop Guitar plays well enough professionally in most settings. The grover tuners keep the guitar in tune and the polyurethane finish resists scratches and bumps which are sure to happen when you play out. I am using this guitar through a Fender deluxe 40 watt amp. This gives me a wide sound range suitable to just about any condition that I may come across short of heavy metal.
StevenBailey405 - (26-02-2012) Our band is on a budget. We have used this amp in several gigs and it is adequately powering our PA system of a Allen Heath board, a couple of monitor preamps out the aux 1 and 2. Speakers are pair of 12 in EV's 200 w rms, pair of Phonic 15 in with horn 400 w top, pair of community's with horn 15 in 375 w top, 2 kustom monitors 80 w top, 2 pyramid monitors 4 ohm . We have powering all this with the PYLE 3100 watt amp.We actually got this as a bandaid till we could get a really top notch amp like a crown, QSC or a high end Yamaha, EV or Peavy. We will be getting possibly another amp now or just buy another PYLE 3100 to handle it all better. Right now this single amp gives quite a lot of volume to the point we have to turn it down. It is clear and static free. So far so good. I give it a 9 on a 10 scale. On a value basis it is a 10 per the amount of money we spent to get it....Was really surprised. If it lasts 3 to 5 years and at least 100 gigs with it then it will be the bargain of the century.
